Freight Forwarder (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day execution of transport services by ensuring the availability of the required fleet and optimizing vehicle utilization.
• Ensure high service quality for customers through effective operational cooperation with carriers and couriers.
• Resolve ongoing customer operational issues in line with DSV quality standards.
• Participate in building and promoting a Lean culture.
• Operate TMS systems and ensure data accuracy and quality.
• Identify quality and operational needs of internal and external customers and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Willingness to work in a three-shift system.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
• Ability to effectively manage time, resources, and equipment.
• Accountability for own actions and their results.
• Ability to react quickly to unexpected events.
• Ability to communicate information quickly, clearly, and concisely.

Nice to have

• Degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Experience working in the logistics industry.
• Category B driving license.
