At DSV, we are expanding our European Integration Team and are looking for an experienced Business Integration Manager to join us in Poznań, Poland. In this role, you will integrate strategic international customers into DSV’s road transport solutions, coordinating the journey from requirements and solution design through testing, go-live, and hyper care support.

You will be based in our Poznań office and work closely with colleagues, customers, and IT teams across Europe. The role combines local team collaboration with an international day-to-day working environment.

As part of DSV’s European Control Tower organization, you will support the onboarding and development of large, complex road transport customers across several countries and business areas.

Your Role: Connecting Customers and IT

As our new Business Integration Manager, you will take ownership of customer integrations from initial analysis to stable operations. You will bring the right people together, keep actions and decisions moving, and make sure the agreed solution works in practice.

Most of our customers are large international organizations with complex requirements, meaning every implementation project is tailored to the customer's specific business needs.

You will act as the key link between the customer, operations, and our IT teams. This includes translating business needs into clear requirements, coordinating solution design and delivery, driving testing and go-live readiness, and ensuring a structured handover to operation.

Your key responsibilities will include

• Leading customer integration projects from initial scoping through testing, go-live, and hypercare
• Working with the Business Analyst to understand the customer setup and turn business and operational needs into clear requirements
• Documenting business rules and operational decisions for TMS and related applications
• Contributing to and approving the requirements documentation before development starts
• Preparing test cases, coordinating UAT, and making sure issues are followed through to resolution
• Creating and maintaining customer process documentation
• Coordinating go-live activities with branch operations, IT teams, and other involved resources
• Supporting the customer and operational teams after go-live during the hypercare period
• Working with API, EDI, and platform-based solutions, including monitoring transaction flows and data quality
• Keeping customers, operations, and project stakeholders updated on progress, risks, and open actions

About You

You are curious, structured, and solution-oriented. You are comfortable taking ownership, asking the right questions, and keeping progress on track when several teams and dependencies are involved. You can communicate technical topics clearly without losing sight of the customer’s business needs.

To succeed in this role, you likely have

• Experience with business integration, customer onboarding, technical implementation, or a similar coordinating role
• Practical understanding of integrations and data flows; experience with APIs, EDI formats such as EDIFACT or ANSI X12, XML, ERP, TMS, or WMS solutions is an advantage
• Experience gathering, challenging, and documenting business and technical requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• A structured approach to project coordination, testing, issue handling, and follow-up
• Professional English, both written and spoken; Polish is important for local collaboration
• Experience in transport, logistics, supply chain, or customer-facing IT solutions is beneficial, but not essential
