Business Analyst – Kinaxis SCE Configuration

In this role, you will work with the setup and configuration of Kinaxis SCE. You will take business needs and turn them into practical system settings, prepare and upload data tables, and help make sure the platform works well for some of DSV Road’s largest customers.

You will be part of an international Process Development team with experience in business analysis, transport processes, systems, and implementation. As the platform is still developing, you will have a real opportunity to influence how it is set up and used. You will work closely with colleagues, IT, the system supplier, and European Control Towers to turn business requirements into clear and consistent configurations in Kinaxis SCE.

You will be based in our Poznań office and work closely with both the local team and colleagues across Europe. The role follows a hybrid working model, with flexibility agreed with your manager and team. Some travel to DSV Road Control Towers and our headquarters in Denmark may be required.

Your key responsibilities will include

• Turning business and customer needs into clear process and configuration requirements for Kinaxis SCE.
• Setting up and maintaining system parameters, business rules, master data, and other platform configurations.
• Preparing, checking, and uploading data tables used for customer and operational setup.
• Supporting workshops, testing, implementation, and go-live together with business teams, IT, the system supplier, and European Control Towers.
• Investigating configuration issues, checking data quality, and following up until problems are resolved.
• Keeping configuration guides, process descriptions, decision logs, and training materials up to date.

About you

• You like working with systems and structured data, and you pay attention to detail without losing sight of the wider process.
• You can understand what users and the business need and turn it into practical system settings.
• You are comfortable working with data tables, templates, uploads, validation, and documentation.
• You work carefully, take ownership, and keep track of actions, deadlines, and dependencies.
• You enjoy working with people across different teams, countries, and levels of the organisation.

We imagine that you have a relevant higher education qualification or an equivalent professional background. Knowledge of supply chain, transport and/or freight forwarding is a significant advantage, but not a prerequisite for succeeding in the role.

You are comfortable working in English, both written and spoken, and can explain things clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues. Polish is important for the day-to-day collaboration with the local team.

Your onboarding will be adjusted to your experience, and you will have support from colleagues who know both the platform and the business. You will work in an international team, build specialist knowledge of Kinaxis SCE, and help develop a new platform that will be used across Europe.
