Warehouse Administration Specialist

What you will be doing

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth organization and seamless information flow.
• Managing inventory levels of operational supplies, monitoring their turnover, and operating vending machines (PPE, scanners).
• Keeping records of, issuing, and disposing of workwear, as well as managing employee lockers.
• Monitoring first aid kits and ADR safety cabinets, and coordinating waste disposal with external vendors.
• Maintaining documentation and tracking inspection schedules for electric forklifts, alongside logging and tagging fixed assets in the system.
• Maintaining continuous communication with the Operations department and taking an active part in stocktaking/inventories.

What we are looking for

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• High-level communication skills and a strong desire to collaborate with others.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
• High personal culture and professionalism.
• Good working knowledge of Google Workspace tools, especially Google Sheets.
• Readiness to work in shifts (between 07:00 and 23:00).
